Mayowa Mr. Shun Ajibodu
The Minister & Visionary Leader
Mayowa J. Ajibodu, fondly known as Mr. Shun, is a man on a divine mission —sent by God to raise a generation of young people who will be influential in both ministry and business. As a minister of the gospel, he is passionate about imparting truth, purpose, and vision to youths across the world.
He is the convener of the annual Triple-M Conference, a youth impartation event that equips young minds to thrive in ministry and walk in destiny with clarity and boldness.
With a degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, Mayowa combines spiritual insight with strategic thinking, allowing him to mentor emerging leaders while fostering peace, purpose, and social transformation.
THE SOCIAL IMPACT ADVOCATE
At his core, Mayowa is a change agent and nation-builder. For years, he has designed and implemented life-changing youth advocacy initiatives, authored three capacity development books, and created support systems that empower the next generation.
He is the Founder and Board Member of key not-for-profit organizations including:
- The Live Initiative (Canada)
- Shun Unemployment Foundation (Nigeria)
- Young Canadian Change-Makers
His commitment to nation-building and youth empowerment has earned him several accolades, including the Global Entrepreneurs Award and recognition as one of the 100 Iconic African Personalities of 2025.
He is also a Fellow at Perennial Fellowship and a member of the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution, reinforcing his lifelong dedication to peace and people.
THE ENTREPRENEUR & STRATEGIST
Mayowa is not just a minister and advocate—he is also a thriving entrepreneur with business interests in real estate, finance, marketing, and strategic communications. He leads and manages several businesses including:
- Majaa Global Communications
- First Point Management Ltd
- TEN Academy (as Creative Director)
Through these ventures, he actively creates platforms for financial literacy, creative expression, youth enterprise, and wealth building — especially for young Africans both at home and in the diaspora.
THE FAMILY MAN & LEGACY BUILDER
Beyond the platforms he leads and the impact he makes, Mayowa “Mr. Shun” Ajibodu is first and foremost a devoted family man. He is happily married to Modebola Ajibodu, his unwavering partner in purpose, and together they are raising two remarkable children—Peniel and Mayowa Jnr.
His home is built on the foundation of faith, love, and leadership, and it is from this place that he draws strength, balance, and inspiration. For Mayowa, family is more than a gift—it is the compass that guides his decisions, the anchor of his values, and the legacy he’s nurturing for generations to come.
In all his pursuits, Mayowa’s ultimate goal remains clear: to build a legacy of godly influence, purposeful living, and generational impact—starting from home.
